Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Time Access account and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your specific watch.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch, along with all original manuals, warranty cards, and protective films, back into the original display box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
